14 members of a family test coronavirus positive in Bode

14 members of a single family living in Bode (Madhyapur Thimi Ward 9) have tested positive for coronavirus in the swab tests carried out on different dates.

According to the family, the male who showed coronavirus-like symptoms and got his swabs tested was found coronavirus positive on August 20. His daughter, who was discharged from Civil Hospital after giving birth to a child, also tested coronavirus positive. The tests carried out later in other hospitals in Kathmandu found coronavirus pandemic in the entire family. This includes two infants including a 4-day-old baby, 3 months old child, two post-natal mothers, 3 children of 7,8 and 11 years, a 75-year-old woman as well.
